SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

• Program description: Southern Reserve Realty sends messages related to your real estate inquiry and the services you request. This is not a subscription or recurring marketing program; messages are conversational and tied to your request.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Southern Reserve Realty does not charge for the messages themselves.
• Opt out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further texts unless you opt back in.
